AEComm offers an easy way to report issues with your new, refurbished phone system, CCTV, access control and VoIP system. Simply click on the link below and it will take you to the AEComm support system. Here you can submit a trouble ticket and begin to get issues resolved…fast.
Once you have submitted your trouble ticket, you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the entry. When the trouble ticket is assigned to a customer service leader, you will be notified again of who is caring for the ticket. If for some reason a customer service representative has failed to contactl you, our automatic escalation procedure will notify management. If this occurs, you will be taken care of immediately and with high importance.
AEComm offers 24 x 7 coverage to all of its customers.

AEComm offers Maintenance Agreements to all of its customers. The Agreement covers replacement of parts, repair of parts/system and labor for the duration of the contract.
We also believe that preventative maintenance can avoid unnecessary down time and identifies troubled areas before they become an identified issue.
AEComm maintains an extensive inventory of parts and systems.
If for example you are having problems with your VoIP system,
we will be able to quickly replace
the section of the system that is causing the issue.
